Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. To keep our routes running smoothly, please note the following: Routine Deliveries Cancellations or rescheduling should be made at least 1 hour before the scheduled pickup time. Last-minute cancellations may result in a $10 route interruption fee. STAT & On-Demand Deliveries If the driver is already en route, the full STAT or on-demand fee applies. If canceled before dispatch, there is no charge. Wait Time Policy The first 10 minutes are free. After 10 minutes, wait time is billed at $1 per minute. After-Hours or Weekend Requests Additional fees may apply to changes made outside normal service hours. ⭐ Additional Notes We always do our best to accommodate changes when possible. Clear, early communication helps us maintain reliable service for all clients. If your clinic needs a custom cancellation window, we can set one up.
